Refund policy

We want you to pay only for a plan you actually want. That's why there is a Free plan with no time limit: you can try GiveFeedback.io on a real project before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel a Pro or Company subscription at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that you move to the Free plan and you aren't charged again. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

• Unused time: we don't refund the unused part of a billing period when you cancel. Your plan simply runs until the end of the period.
• Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.
• Service problems: if a paid feature you rely on doesn't work for a significant part of a billing period and we can't fix it, we'll refund that period on request.
• Plan changes: when you switch plan, the difference is prorated automatically by our payment provider.

14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU

If you subscribe as a consumer (for purposes outside your trade, business or profession) and live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your first paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

Because the service starts immediately when you subscribe, if you withdraw within those 14 days we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you were on the paid plan. To withdraw, email hello@givefeedback.io with your account email and a clear statement that you are withdrawing (for example: "I withdraw from my GiveFeedback.io Pro subscription"). We'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Business customers don't have a statutory withdrawal right, but the rules above on cancelling and billing mistakes apply to them too.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@givefeedback.io from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
