Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card and no time limit. It includes 5 projects, 50 feedback reports and 5 team members. Screenshots carry a small GiveFeedback.io watermark.
What counts as a feedback report?
Each report a client or tester sends through the feedback button. The limit is the total number of reports in your account, not a monthly allowance. On Pro and Company you can delete old reports to make room; on Free, deleted reports still count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
We email you when you reach 80% of your limit and again when you’re about to hit it. New reports above the limit are kept but hidden, and aren’t sent to Notion or Asana, until you upgrade.
Can I cancel or change plan at any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Plan changes are prorated automatically and you can cancel from your account whenever you like; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund the unused part of a period, but consumers in the EU can withdraw within 14 days of their first payment. Details in our refund policy.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) through Stripe. You get a PDF invoice for every payment. Prices are in euros.
Do my clients need a paid seat?
No. Anyone can send feedback through the button without an account. Team members are the people you invite to your dashboard to see the reports.
